holidays for the disabled
5 Answers
can anyone shed any light on this issue. My niece wants to got to Australia she knows a family over there and they have invited her to stay. She is 18 disabled and in a wheel chair she would quite happily go on her own but her mother would prefer to go with her. Unfortunately she could not raise the money her self. is there a charity that could help toward the funding. Im sure they could raise some of it. They dont usually ask for any help this would be a once in a life time holiday. Many thanks x

I work for Occupational Therapists and to fund major adaptations for client's homes, they will sometimes contact various charities. She could also contact local newspapers and ask if they could organise an appeal for her?
