Anyone recommend any nice Hotel/B&B in Brighton, reasonably priced. Doesn't matter if Gay or Straight. Preferably Gay they tend to be cleaner lol.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Legends is nice. It has a very jolly bar, it's right on the front in a great location.
But, if you can get a reasonable deal, the best hotel (without paying for The Grand or the Hotel du Vin) is the Thistle. depending when you go, you can get some good deals there. It backs right on to The Lanes, and overlooks the Pier.
And here's an insider tip ...
There's a car park behind the Thistle (called The Lanes Car Park, I think) where the max price you have to pay, no matter how long you stay, is £23.00. Handy if you want to park in the centre of town for 2/3 days !!

But if you stay at The Queen's, you can ask for a "west facing" room, and you get a sea view, without paying for one. That's because the hotel faces sideways down the seafront.
It's hard to describe, but there's a funny little junction. It you came you of The Thistle, and looked to your left, you are looking at the front of The Queen's (next to that little bar called Doctor Brighton's).
It's the same at all the hotels on the front.
