I have booked flights with Flybe and I have somehow failed to input my surname on the booking...I swear blindly that I did input it.

Does anyone know how I should rectify this and if so would I have to pay a change.

Hi, why not try the Flybe helpline it's 0871 700 2000. They will tell you if you got it right or not and also if there will be a charge for changing anything you may have got wrong.
theshedman is right, you can't change it online so be very nice on the phone and it's up to them if after a very short time to charge or not.
that sounds odd - most online booking forms would reject a form that didn't have the required bits filled in. Yes, give them a call and ask.
