Booked at a Days Inn for 2 nights on 2 separate bookings and want to speak to them to get the same room for 2 nights, how much is a call to a 193 code?

if you mean a 0193xxxxxxx number then that call should cost exactly the same as to any other landline number beginning with 01 or 02

But the phone number given is starts 193!

There are two numbers on the bt directory website:

(01937) 581973

and

(01937) 589950

The numbers given in that link, Lankeela, are international dialling numbers. (Anyone from outside the UK can access those numbers by dialling their international dialling code followed by the UK's 44 code and the number stated). To dial from the UK you need to place a 0 at the front of the number.

Even cheaper though would be to dial the Days Inn centralised UK booking system. Calls are free from BT landlines:
0800 0280 400

Surely if you tell them on arrival that you want to stay in the same room they would be more than happy to arrange this.
