Happy Christmas - How a company you are a loyal customer to , thanked you at Christmas
1 Answers
Mine was Great Western Trains.
I had the miss fortune to use this service (ha ha ha ) between Newbury and Paddington a few years ago.
I had a season ticket that costs thousands of pounds.
So here we are at Paddington Station. I go to normal platform to catch the 125 Fast train (ha ha ha ) to Newbury. In the distance I see all the staff with Xmas hats on and standing by the doors and greeting passengers. How nice I think. Get to door of train and member of staff asks to see my ticket and asks if I have reserved a seat. errr No ..why ? sorry sir reservations only , all our normal regular loyal customers can get the slow train and add another 45 mins to the journey ....NICE and HAPPY Xmas from Late Western.
Anyway no longer have to use these cowboys anymore ...
Warning - Don't use trains - Drive if you can
