Hi

Has anybody heard of a shop/website called 'TESSUTI' and knows whether its a legitimate safe site to buy things from?

I have asked a question like this before, and got a load of abuse, accusing me of advertising on here, so before people say anything about advertising, I'm not, I just simply want to know if the shop mentioned is safe to use so I can buy my girlfriend some UGG's. As i've never heard of it and bought anything from there before. So if anyone knows or has experience of shopping there, please let me know

Please help
Thanks

There's a postal address shown on that website (which is a legal requirement for a UK trader):
http://www.tessuti.co.uk/store/information.php

The email address on that page uses the same domain name (rather than Gmail, or similar, which is always a warning sign).

The phone numbers shown match those in the Phone...

I see nothing on http://www.tessuti.co.uk/ to indicate that it's anything but legitimate.
You can get UGGs from almost anywhere. Why does it have to be specifically that shop?
The shop is genuine enough, there is one at the Trafford Centre, I bought a belt during my last visit
hi bobbybobbob, i have seen your previous postings about ugg boots, and to be honest if you want to guaruntee genuine uggs, you will be better off going to a shop (such as schuh) in Manchester for them (i think it was you in manchester?) You might also be better off taking your g/f along to try them on (or buying them in a real shop and keeping the reciept so you can take them back if they dont fit). or better still, get her something different. Buying uggs of the internet (from any website) is, in my opinion, doubtful. Sorry!
This is the third question you have asked on this topic.
You have to ask yourself- 'Is your girlfriend really worth it?'.
It seems she is more in love with these ugly boots than she is with you.

Give her an ultimatum - 'It's either Uggs or Me.' and then buy her something else.
She will soon let you know her decision.
in all fairness gen, BBB hasn't even said his girl has asked for them

The phone numbers shown match those in the Phone Book:
http://tinyurl.com/37v6h29

The domain name is (as I'd expect from a bona fide trader) registered to the same address:
http://tinyurl.com/37z9qqz

The company is registered at the same address with Companies House, and all of its accounts are up to date:

The firm definitely exists at that address (although the web page indicates that the store has recently moved)

A web search for 'review tessuti' doesn't throw up loads of horror stories. It simply finds a single excellent review:

So it looks OK to me!

Thanks guys

Thats very helpful.

gen: the boots are entirely my idea to suprise her after she pointed them out to me in general. My gf hasn't even mentioned she wants them, nor does she expect them as she thinks they are far too expensive, !!! SO you couldnt be more wrong there am afraid. God bless you for trying though. It made me laugh
