Does anybody know of any charter flights to Rome from Newcastle? There are no regular flights.

there are no flights to rome from newcastle, scheduled or chartered.
ryanair fly to rome from edinburgh.
jet2 fly to rome from leeds-bradford, summer only.

As Mushroom25 states, there are no direct flights. BA have connections via London, Air France connect at Paris CDG, KLM in Amsterdam and Brussels Airlines in Brussels.

Depending upon your location, Ryanair from Edinburgh, Jet2 from Leeds/Bradford or Manchester might be best.

Jet2 fly to the main Rome airport (Fiumicino) but Ryanair fly to the smaller Ciampino airport, which is actually closer to the city centre.
