Best car for Kruger park?

I will be visiting the Kruger in April with 2 other adults and 2 teenagers. What is the best type of car to hire so we all get a good view of the animals?

Or if that's not an option a people carrier.

A 4x4 jeep type of thing.

An MPV would probably be your best choice of vehicle.

I used a Jeep Cheokee, it was great, very comfey and a perfect view.

you might get a van with a roof that lifts up, so you can stand up and take photos without a window in your way.

We went to Kruger on a tour in a jeep. However, we saw more animals at the smaller game reserves. You have to stick to the road in Kruger and we only saw lions from a distance - asleep. Saw lots of giraffes and antelope and elephants. The animals we wanted to see stay away from the road. Also Kruger is a malaria area, the some other reserves in South Africa are free of malaria.
