Travelled twice with them.  Not really worth upgrading unless your luggage is heavy and you drink loads..  Seems the same food but they get free drinks as well.  Trouble is the stewardesses dont come round all that often so it is really not worth it. 

Do not sit in the front row under the televisions as there is no leg space but otherwise no complaints
