Has anybody ever used this site to book a holiday? There seem to be some really good deals on there. Any good/bad experiences? Anything I should be looking out for?

My friend booked a family holiday 2 days ago and had no email to confirm, then just had a phone call to say their flights have gone up by £93, he is rang them back so he can decide what to do, He is now going to cancel their holiday and have got all the messing around of getting a refund.
