There are half a dozen Cyprus villas listed as 'wheelchair accessible' here:

However none of those villas seem to have any adaptations for the disabled. (They're simply wheelchair accessible). This Cyprus villa, though, has a pool hoist:

I was actually surprised how little choice there was Chris, surely EU countries need to do abit more that wheelchair access?
