Clubbing In Ibiza

Party in Ibiza:

Most people, even those who are new to the clubbing scene, have heard of Manumission, Privilege, Space and Pacha, but these are just a handful of the great nights that Ibiza has to offer.

Ibiza, one of the Balearic Islands of Spain, is where young Europeans come to cut loose. Offering a tempting combination of pulsating nightlife and sunny Mediterranean beaches, visitors come for the nightlife, the diversity, the beaches and mountains. Start your evening at a charming sidewalk café, to cure the hangover from the night before and maybe sample a culinary delight before hitting the bars. Once you feel reenergised and ready for the night ahead you should stop by a few of the buzzing bars on your way to one of the frantic, energetic clubs like Pacha.

The fun doesn't stop there; pick from a plethora of after-hours clubs. In San Antonio, you have the major clubs Eden and Es Paradis. Eden attracts some of the BBC’c top Radio DJ’s, such as Pete Tong, Judge Jules and Dave Pearce, so for a star struck night immersed in the music diversities this lively island has to offer you should defiantly plan a visit to this trendy club. The spectacularly pyramided shaped Es Paradis is famous for its Water & Foam parties, where the dance floor tends to get pretty messy- and wet of course. So if you’re the type of girl who spends hours making your hair perfect, this might not be the place for you.

Located on either side of the main highway between San Antonio and Ibiza Town are Privilege and Amnesia- hard to miss. Manumission packs the clubbers in every Friday night with an amazing show, and the best dance music around can be found at Amnesia. Amnesia also hosts the super club Cream, which is on a Thursday night and is unmissable - bringing the cream of the worlds DJ's to their decks. Another of Amnesia’s main attractions is the Ice Cannons, which have been sent from heaven. Prepare to sizzle on and off the dance floor because it is a hot and sweaty, packed night! The roar of the Ice Cannons momentarily blocks out the rhythm, but not the booming beat and while you party like there’s no tomorrow getting hot and sweaty you will be cooled beyond your wildest dreams by the spectacular ice cannons, and feel as cool as ice ready for another blitz of pure pleasure.

Is there more to Ibiza?

If you have a passion for fashion as well as delicious cocktails and clubbing, then you will be amazed by the selection of designer labels, sunglasses, handbags and most importantly shoes.

The vibrant shopping scene and the trendsetting boutiques can be found in Ibiza’s port, and guarantee you won’t leave empty handed. Located in the town are a variety of trendy boutiques selling the latest designer clothes and accessories, with well known stores such as Mango. The area of San Antonio also boasts chic shopping outlets selling the latest fashions and designer gear, perfect for a night of clubbing.

If you want to see the scenic side of the picturesque island you could take a 30 minute ferry across to Formentara, which takes visitors to the unspoilt beaches and clear waters of Cala Saona, Illettes and Lievant. Glance back to witness the landscape of Ibiza, in the evening you will see the island lit up with bright lights and a buzzing atmosphere. While exploring Formentara you may wish to catch a bus, hire a car, moped or bicycle and investigate the lovely tranquil island - escape for a while from the frenzy of Ibiza.

Clubbing in Ibiza, isn't like going out once a week to your favourite night spot, it is an experience of a lifetime crammed into the most intense week or two weeks of your life. Where else in the world can you see the cream of the world's DJ's every night?
