Our weather station has just died - the temperature gave up a week ago, and the anemometer got blown away in the breeze!
Does anyone have any advice on a good system? We'll be hooking it up to our PC

They are fine for a year or so Chris but the anemometer I had became brittle after a while and the electrical contacts on the outdoor bits need a lot of care care. I also paid a bit more than Maplin's price, which is very reasonable

Sorry, I'm a bit late in answering this - my weather station is an Elecsa, I've had it for a few years and love it. It's the best one I've had and it's even got a little lady who changes her clothes to match the weather!
