I feel stupid askin this but a part of me says it does, and another part says it doesnt.

Its been buggin me for ages and i just cant find the answer anywhere!

I don't know the technical answer - but I would think not, more the other way round.

No, why would they?
There are some links but in general no, once you are in a drought situation the effects of lower Relative Humidity can increase the temperature in Summer and reduce it in winter
not necessarily. The driest continent is Antarctica.
