Amazing storm here last night....My mother always told me it was God being angry because I was naughty.
I must have been extremely naughty yesterday because he was furious....

It was awful. I have never ever seen lightning like it!
There seemed to be no pattern. You know how you usually get the thunder clap and then the lightning follows? Well it was just constant lightning! :-/

I had one child hiding under my duvet, with her hands firmly over her ears, and another chatting away and peering between the blinds. Oh, and a husband who was taking pictures from the skylight.

For some reason I've always thought it was a good thing to have the windows open during a storm, so I was running round the house like a mad woman switching off all the plug sockets and opening windows. Three floors and two staircases is quite tough going in this humid weather! :)
