Good Morning Early Birds!

Sunday. Yesterday was supposed the to be dry and sunny. It wasn't. It started raining as soon as we left the bankside, it rained all the way to the TA and stopped just as we were mooring up. We did watch the Slimbridge Carnival go past as we had lunch. Wet on the way back too. Again; stopped when we moored up. Taking the weewee or what!

Morning beej. We did indeed. It was a party of young adults with learning difficulties with the parents of one of them. They were great fun! :o}

Not raining at the moment, but it's going to I'm being told! Not bothered today, just got to go for the paper then it's stay in until 4 when I go to friends for the evening. :o}

Yup. Good innit! :o} A bunch of bikers were part of the carnival. All with British bikes, they stopped at the pub for an drink. On the way to start the boat ready for the return journey and stopped for a chat with them. One of them was in the same regiment as me! :o}

I knew I had to get up before long, so I stayed up and got ready for work, but now I realise I am an hour early.

There is a baker lady who frequents our farmer's Market who makes them along with all sorts of other goodies. I always buy one of her loaves, just for the hell of it. I bought a rosemary one yesterday. Make sarnie with some good cheese and pop it in the microwave for a minute. Heaven! :o}
