It's been pouring rain all night here but seems to have stopped now. A lovely day is forecast then we have to prepare for the remnants of hurricane Bertha hitting us tonight/tomorrow.

I'm a bit late. Dealing with a load of emails that needed replies and/or forwarding. All canal stuff.

A beautiful day is here shortly. Dawn is getting a bit later every morning now isn't it. :o[ I have to be away early again, about 8. The front fender on the boat was taken off for repair on Thursday and should be ready to go back on this morning before the charter, which I am skippering. Free lunch! :o}

Tomorrow is going to be rather soggy, we are told.

Morning boaty xx it's to be a hot one here today...rain and a wee bit thunder for the first time yesterday..garden needed it ! Up to cut grass at mum and dad's today....

I can't imagine not being busy all the time...winter is a nightmare for me..even then I find stuff to do around the house ..or mums house !
