West Yorkshire, east of Leeds. All is calm here; no rain; no wind; no snow; no frost. We might get a bit of snow tonight, say the experts, but all will be gone by morning. Life could not be better.

heavy snow here in stoke on trent. Just been out in it and came back looking like a snow man.
Looking out of my flat window and all traffic going very slowly.

Weve just left Southend after a yummmy family meal in the Esplanade sea front. Earlier people walking about strolling along, and hey, by the time we left at 4 pm, it was blooming freezing and drizzling with rain.
Too cold, chilly to have our stroll around.
