... to anyone near enough to hear the (frankly embarrassing) tirade of abuse that just emanated from the garden at Sunny Dave Towers.

Three weather apps and my (usually reliable) Rain Radar all agreed that this morning's rain was well over and that there was no chance *whatsoever* of any further precipitation for several hours at least.

So I hung my sheets and duvet cover etc on the line - at a not inconsiderable expenditure of effort given the gusts of warm (drying) wind.

Within less than 3 minutes it was hissing down ... cue some very colourful invective heaped upon the weather gods as I fought to get the washing back indoors again.

By which time it had stopped raining ...

Now invective may well have emanated from behind the walls of Bodgit Cottage as the water peed in through the conservatory roof this morning...........

lol. I have my inspection on Thursday. I am starting to feel sorry for the agents. I already yelled at them once this week......... (this was due to lack of waste water and soil pipes). I think First Class Virgin Rail Services had never heard anyone say "Listen love, I couldnt give a rat's about your training - at present I cant have a shower or a sh**"
