Do you know a software that reflects weather in landscape picture?
I'm looking for an application that reflects weather in a beautiful landscape picture.
It probably should work like this.
The landsape becomes bright or dark depending on if the sun is up or down.
If it rains, the picture is covered with rain drops and the puddles show up.
The wind touches the trees over the landscape.
The sky should be filled with clouds if the clouds are reported in forecast.
