Lol when I'm in the mood, a 10 miler does not bother me, I keep very active with various tasks, helping my friends, repairing various things, how far do your walks take? many years ago I used to do the bird spotting, my rarest, the Gold Crested Wren, what a lovely little bird.

I'm supposed to be doing 5 miles this morning. I TRY to do 5 miles every morning. I also do charity walks/runs , 5k, 10k, 13 miles and 20 miles.

TWR, please come over and join us on the "good mornng early bird" thread. We're, mostly, a friendly bunch and won't bite... well, not unless you want us to . Grrrr.
