Why Do I Keep,sneezing ?

Every night I sneeze horrendously, usually just before I go to bed. Admittedly quite late. Just had a session of sneezing now at 2.20 am. It is very loud and quite vociferous.

Pets/ house dust may be? Not sure Caran but I'm the same as I wake up. I find taking an antihistamine helps when I go to bed. Try taking one a few hours before your bed time.

I'm the same but could happen at any time of the day. It's rare I sneeze less than 10 times. Leave me looking like either I've been crying or have a cold.

I often do that. Annoying as it makes my nose run and I can't get to sleep with a runny nose. I wonder if as your body tires it registers irritations more easily.

It happens to me too Caran, tonight about an hour about an hour ago, twelve sneezes loud one after the other, also sometimes when I get up in the morning, I believe its to do with your sinuses.

Sometimes I feel I should let my wife drive me every where in the evening. If I come out of a resturant or bar in the evening ( Not been imbibing alcohol) and get in the car I start horrendous sneezing fits. Sometimes I fel I should just pull over and let wife drive but it depends who is designated driver. Always let out a massive sneeze just as I am making a turn or other manoeuvre.Very annoying. I have no explanation for it. I have never suffered,thank goodness,from hay fever.
