Hello all, I was about to post a question regarding fitness dvds when I noticed that Helliebobs posted a similar question in February. If you're reading this Helliebobs did you buy a dvd, if so which one and is it working? I have just started Weightwatchers, I don't have a huge amount of weight to shift (about 2 stone) but I need to do some exercise and tone up (post baby flab!!). I am leaning toward the Charlie Brooks one but would be interested to hear of any other recommendations. Thank You.

Hi gedk, yes I did end up buying the Charlie Brooks dvd and myself and two colleagues are working out to it twice a week after work (sometimes alternating Charlie with Rosemary Conley!) I found some of the steps quite complicated at first but soon got the hang of them. The trainer in the dvd is bloody annoying though but at least it's fun to shout things at her while we work out!

Out of the routines, we've all decided we hate the Disco one but enjoy the Combat and Pilates sections, the latter is quite effective on working out the stomach muscles.

I think if you're doing Weightwatchers as well, you should get some good results with the dvd.

Hope that helps!

Rosemary Conley every time! I've had several of her routines over the years, and found them to be very good.
