I'm enjoying his latest series and I am able to see that the recipes seem super tasty and super nutritious - I don't buy into fads and can see past them.

I think his latest series is self indulgent rubbish - who needs to fanny on making black rice pudding with mango coulis for breakfast? Its not rocket science - noodles, greens and a bit of steamed fish is healthy - hello!

Mcfluff I watch the programme as he goes to some interesting places in the world and watches them cook , he then comes back to his kitchen and makes a pigs whatzit of it -I just don't like the food HE cooks and would never 'buy into ' any of it.
