can anyone tell me why we can't watch channel 5 on the phone anymore? we both use iphones 4s and when launching the demand 5 app it just continually give the buffering circle, i've deleted and reistalled it a few times without any success. it work fine on the pc
Sounds like a mobile connection issue. If it is WiFi check your router/mobile connection. Is it just C5 that is an issue ? Are you running so much (background) stuff on the mobile that there is insufficient resources available ? If it is via your mobile service provider, do they have a data throughput issue ?
thank gangesboy and old_ geezer for the quick replies,it is only channel5 not working and its only used through wifi also we are both using ios7 and it worked fine for last couple years untill a few months ago. i guess we'll just have to watch it on the computer
