What A Money Spinner!

Took twin granddaughters out today. Thre is a big farm shop complex just outside Gloucester and they had the next field full of bouncy castle, giant slides, ghost trains etc.
So much to do, but the prices! £3 for 5 minutes each on everything!
The ghost train lasted one minute £3 each!
They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were worn out by the end.
Don't get me wrong I am not tight and didn't resent spending the money, just glad they enjoyed it. It just made me realise how out of touch I am with prices like this.

I would have resented paying that. I'd happily pay £3 if they got £3 worth but they don't.

We have a street fair on at the moment. It is very impressive but the costs of the rides are ridiculous. May as well go to Alton Towers.

The kids will love it....lots of underground grottos to visit...very magical.

When I was there a few weeks ago, they said that they were having special Halloween Days, and perhaps Xmas.

Magical place and not that far for you to travel to. The Forest is also close but I am sure you will know all the wonderful places to visit there ! One of my favourite places in Britain !

When we were 4 daddy got us a bouncy castle by the time he had inflated it by way of filling up the lungs and blowing we were six .

Caran...you will enjoy it as well ! There are some ponds and herbaceous borders, and they make a wicked coffee and walnut cake in the Tea Room !
