Who has suffered more, the Rotherham girl who has been raped, or the Rotherham Muslim who has been demonized?

I don't know if I'd go so far as to call this good news. But the planners of this grandiose building could do worse than consider Mathew 18:20. "Where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them...".
They should give the money they'll save by not building to the needy
