Where can I buy giblets without purchasing the associated bird. Can a butcher order them?

My butcher would.
If only I knew the answer! I grew up making proper gravy (i.e. hoiking the giblets out and boiling them for ages to make stock.)

It was (guess what?) an E.U. regulation that prevented fowl being sold with giblets intact. I think I'll have a word with my local butcher, but Mr J2 isn't keen on chicken so it is a few-and-far-between dinner. Another reason to leave the E.U..
I often buy duck with giblets from Morrisons.

I don`t think there is an EU rule that says you can`t buy giblets. After all, you get giblets included with the Christmas turkey and farm shops and some butchers sell them (with the bird) but I want to buy them on their own.
