Breadmaker Machine - Cake Making

my breadmaker does not have a cake baking setting

which setting should i put it on to bake it
(theres is a simple 'bake' setting, that is basically an oven, but i want it to do the mixing etc too)

the options are -
basic
french
wholewheat
sweet bread
super rapid
quick
dark
dough
bagel dough

Just checked the instructions for my breadmaker (Panasonic 2500)

It has a 'bake only' setting for cakes, but expects you to prepare the mixture first. It also says you should line the pan with baking parchment, as the pan gets too hot and would burn it.
