Happy New Year! At times, my backwards delete, g, h and apostrophe keys don't work when I try and use them. All other (keyboard)strokes are fine. The only way I get these working is by re-starting the computer. Any ideas what causes this inconvenience, please? Also, will expanding my RAM help or is this completely unrelated? Thanks!

It will be nothing to do with your RAM. I don't really have an answer other than to say the the electrical contacts in these keys are possibly a little bit iffy. A new Keyboard would be the way to go. You can get the really cheap (like 5) if you just wanted to check it was just that.
