Aside from the hoax element, it's old news. The hotel changed hands in September and was re-purposed as a reception centre. There is an absolute glut of tourist accommodation in Halle.
A shot of a single room doesn't exactly yell out 'lap of luxury':

I don't think the people are deliberately lying DD but the video is an oddly edited compilation. it starts with shock-horror-refugees but the people who are interviewed clearly have a beef with the owners, Maritim Corporation, for not having the dialogue earlier on. If you scratch the surface, you have an outdated hotel which will cost a lot to upgrade, owned by a corporation whose business is global. Maritim Corp have nothing to gain by upgrading the Halle site - but given the local need to house refugees and the local refugee council offering money for this - then what would you do in their position?
Maritim are capitalist entrepreneurs and were offered money. Like many businesses they felt no obligation to let the help in on their plans. It happens all the time. But the video is inflammatory in that it suggests that the business decision is somehow the fault of the refugees.
