I noticed some in a local shop. I've no artistic talent so would it be OK to start with a child's version and work my way up to the more complex adult versions ?

Sandy - sorry for digressing but it is The Builder's fault - he started it

They are hugely popular and not all the adult ones are very complex, there'll be some in the Christmas Stockings here.
Those are for juniors Hopkirk , more this type.

A few years ago I took up "Zen doodling". Talk about therapeutic! I did them in a tiny notebook and it was time consuming developing the patterns, but very relaxing. Of course, you can get ready made books now.
