I can't access the internet on my phone - there isn't a problem with the wi fi because I can still get online & send and receive emails on my iPad, tablet and desktop. I've tried switching the phone off and on again and also taken the battery out & replaced it - but nothing's worked... Any suggestions please? Tia
Settings.... Wireless and networks.....Wi Fi Settings...... Connect to your router or any other wifi provider you are signed int if not at home (eg The Cloud.) Sometimes removing the sim card and giving it a wipe cures it.
This happened to me, tried loads of things, then trotted in to the phone shop where the girl took the sim card out and wiped it and it worked perfectly-felt a right fool.
Hi all, thank you for your suggestions, don't know if it was just a coincidence but I switched the 'airplane mode' switch on and off & my emails etc all started working! ...but if it happens again I'll try the sim cleaning suggestion too!

Hi spreeny. See my post 12:18. I think that sometimes when you are using the keypad whilst say texting, and you inadvertently touch the button to the left of the 'next' key.( it looks like the setting wheel on your main menu)It does all sorts of things, depending on which key you then next touch. I think it engages a short cut set up though I never did read the instruction book. Haha.
