It is now believed that a bomb may have been put aboard the aircraft, just before departure, by somebody with security clearance, hence the "no luggage" rule today for the returning Brits.

Sensible precaution of you ask me, but I expect we will have the usual people moaning at the airport today. Better safe than sorry !

Only a few days ago, there was widespread scepticism on AB about the cause of this crash, but it seemed to me straight away, that terrorism was the cause. It just made sense.

Of course, we don't know for sure yet.
Which box are you outside of Llamagirl, obviously not the one where people use communications services provided by greedy fat cats or buy plastic masks made in third world sweat shops and imported by exploitative transports companies.....of course not.
Speaking of being in or out of boxes ......
Still not convinced it was a bomb, but not discounting it.

- the British do not have any investigators on the ground unlike Rusia, Egypt, Ireland France and Germany. Yet the bomb theory is being pushed most by the British.

- a toddlers body is 21 miles from the crash scene. Or 3 minutes flying time. The toddler changing area is in the tail section and must have left the plane in a decompression event. Yet the planes data shows it flying as normal until it broke up and plummeted near vertically. And without the crew getting any warning out.

Lots of analysis here. Jump to pages 60 onwards...

Russia has suspended all flights to Sharm now.
There are 45,000 Russians there! must be like Moscow in the sun !
Moscow doesn't have sun, other than the Kremlin onion roofs, it's drab and miserable.....some part of Iraq or Syria under IS may have a sun shortly and a lot closer to them than the real one in the sky
I have my views on these jumped up evil scum, Russia as people know will not mess about when the final cause be known, I'm 100% behind Putin, what he said in a interview last week, " We Will Act Accordingly" And he will.
