It is now believed that a bomb may have been put aboard the aircraft, just before departure, by somebody with security clearance, hence the "no luggage" rule today for the returning Brits.
Sensible precaution of you ask me, but I expect we will have the usual people moaning at the airport today. Better safe than sorry !

- the British do not have any investigators on the ground unlike Rusia, Egypt, Ireland France and Germany. Yet the bomb theory is being pushed most by the British.
- a toddlers body is 21 miles from the crash scene. Or 3 minutes flying time. The toddler changing area is in the tail section and must have left the plane in a decompression event. Yet the planes data shows it flying as normal until it broke up and plummeted near vertically. And without the crew getting any warning out.
