Hi i am hoping someone can help with this
Person A dies without leaving a will she had no children, husband and parents both deceased
She had 4 siblings 2 of whom died before she did, both these siblings have survivng children
She has 2 surviving siblings neither of whom have children
Who gets the majority of her estate and do the children of her deceased siblings get anything

so you can google them
but there is less room for fambly quarrels on the lines of I dont think X should get anything
it doesnt matter
if the rules say X does she does
and if they say she doesnt she doesnt really have a claim

the rule is per stirpes
if there are two kids A and B and A is dead but has three children
then B gets half and the A children get a tthird each of their parents half
yet again a good example of why dont people write wills ?
