i think ive spelt disordely wrong



anyway im off to new york in a few weeks with a mate who was cautioned for above offence about 3yrs ago but spent the night in the cells, will she have any problem at immigration in usa?

Officially you have to apply for visa when travelling to the USA if you ever been arrested (even without charge or caution). In reality just tick 'no' to all the boxes on the visa waiver card on the flight over & you'll get through no problem as the USA does not currently have access to UK criminal convictions through simply scanning of passports.
