If I ran a business with another person, on a 50/50 split and the company was a sole trader, would i definately get either a SA300, SA302 or a SA310? If so can i request a copy of the latest one from the Inland Revenue?

Did you register with the Inland Revenue as self employed or as a partner? Is the sole trade carried out in your name?

Registered as a partner

One of you will have to take responsibility for the SA 800. Which is the partnership return. And you will each ahve to fill out a tax return with a partner page added. cant remember the number of the page. You can request one if it did not arrive with your tax return.


If you only began trade after 6th April you will not receive one until next April.
