It might be worth asking Ed to make it a sticky again. But a significant number don't look out for all these things as you can see from all the people who don't post crossword clues according to the guidelines or post puzzles in Offers and Comps. Good luck

I can't see any rules or guidance about how close to the closing date it should be before we are allowed to help. Maybe it's worth asking Ed to consider removing questions that are asked to soon or answers that are given too early.
Quite correct it doesn't, I think the hope was that a quiz with a close date so far away may dissuade early answers and encourage more sales of the quiz.
