Here is that other case, but without going into the grizzly details of the murder and disposal of the body etc, one must consider the families.

Here we have a couple who obviously love each other, one the Mother of the Murderer and the other the Father of the victim.

Can their love last, after all the strains that this case has now put on it? Obviously they have now to live with this for the rest of their lives, how can anyone possibly know what pit falls have now been placed on their relationship.

I am sure others will join me in wishing them both a long and happy marriage together.

A severe test of their relationship for sure AOG.
What a horrifying case this is. I can't imagine what those parents are going through.
AOG....For marriage to succeed one needs everything going for it and even then it could fail so easily..
I cannot answer your question, but to me, I cannot and will never understand:

\\\\'I still love my son - even though he's a monster':\\\

One sees this time and time again from "mothers."
By all accounts Becky and the step mother were very close so I imagine their pain is similar. Becky had being living with them since she was 3 so one can only assume that her dad viewed Nathan like his own son.

I know my kids step dad looks at them as his own.
