I am enquiring on behalf of my mother in law, whise sister recently died, she lived in caricaou and owned land there, is there any way of ensuring the land is passed on to her sister after death? How do I go about this in a nutshell?

Sorry, she had no husband or children so her sister would be the next of kin!
Have you checked with the Grenada High Commision,I would think they would be able to tell you about Land Rights there.Beautiful island I wish I lived there.
