And what it will tell you is that you must first complain to your solicitor's company (unless he/she is a sole practitioner) and exhaust their internal complaints procedure first. Only then will they show any interest in getting involved.

Unless of course, the solicitors don't answer your official letters of complaint - which is what happened to me!!!
