A meteorologist kept a record of the weekly rainfall in his garden for a period of 1 year.
In the first 20 weeks, the mean rainfall was 1.5cm and the rmsd was 0.1cm.
In the last 32 weeks, the mean rainfall was 1.7cm and the rmsd was 0.09cm.
What is the overall rmsd for the whole year?
