Hi all
Iv just bought Mr Rosie a Krups Nespresso U machine for xmas. My question is, can i use any pods in this or does it have to be specifically the Nespresso pods, also i have seen on Amazon that you can buy empty pods to put your own filter coffee in and they state that they are" Nespresso compatible". Has anyone ever used these before as i don't want to buy them and find that they *** the machine up.

Have a great christmas AnswerBankers.

So long as the pods are the correct shape and size, you're OK. I tried 3 different blends from M&S in my (oldish) Krups, and they were fine.
You can use any coffee pods as long as it is Nespresso compatible. However, you need to look out for genuine coffee pods since it can also damage your Nespresso machine if you bought the wrong coffee pods. But the great thing with regards to Nespresso compatible capsules is that they are offered in a range of flavours. Whether you prefer a stronger or lighter mix, you are certain to get a capsule to suit your taste. You can look here for some Nespresso compatible capsules: http://mugpods.com/nespresso-compatible-capsules.html
