It's quite enjoyable but I doubt if it does any good.

I tried a course of it years ago and all it changed was my bank balance.. Waste of money. It was a nice treatment but it didn't "solve" anything. Good luck to you Ellie. xx

elleimay -it depends why you are going -it can't cure or ease anything - its no more than a nice foot massage. I went once and it was worse than going to get your 'fortune' told - total charlatan.

If it's relaxation you want just ask for a more gentle session......

When I was massaging folk loved the foot massage and it is relaxing.
When I was gifted a Reflexology session I was looking forward to it...but it was too long and too firm......really affected my vision for some reason....x

I started to drive home, Ellie.....but didn't feel very sharp....and my vision was blurring....
I pulled into a Tesco car park and sat there for about thirty minutes or so.
I did think I was going to have to phone someone to fetch me but eventually it settled enough for me to go home...
I was fine the next day but.....much as I adore a foot massage....the reflexology one wasn't for me....

But, I do know some who swear by it....so give it a go but do have a more gentle one to start if you can....x
