I've recently taken up smoking again and am surprised that I haven't encounter's this yet. It used to be a regular thing when I both smoked and drank.
Anyone any experience of this ?

Lol...you make it sound like you've casually taken up a hobby.

I've only singed my eyelashes when using the cooker to light a ciggie.
so when you drink ( alot ) your eyes are so far down your cheeks that they are somewhere near a cigarette ?

No I havent seen that but it was a problem for Ian Botham apparently - according to a kiss and tell article in the much lamented NoW


I have just had my eyelids sewn together as a result of corneal ulceration and was horrified to read the some people do this to themselves voluntarily

I have. I Ran out of liquid one night and the offie was still open.
You could sort of pick and mix perhaps?

No. I think I'll stick with the Regal king size.
What you need is a cigarette holder... and possibly a smoking jacket ?
Do you find they go out and then you have to light them again so much nearer your face?
another thing to watch out for it putting the cig in your mouth the wrong way round and lighting the butt. Only ever happens when drinking, and usually happens two to three times in a row before one realises the problem.
When it sticks to your lip when you try to remove burning fingers!
I've had a singed fringe, which is probably better than a singed mi***...

I believe one can sometimes see a singed mi*** in some of the shadier Thai clip joints.
And... you seemed such an intelligent fellow...
