Can anyone help?I kept my 'House Deeds' with Northern Rock and now want to get them back. Who will have them now?

Except that Northern Rock doesn't`t exist anymore, which is the purpose of the question.

If you know your property was never registered with Land Registry, then the deeds have great value, so talk to the mortgage organisation that took on the property debt.

Otherwise the land registry has the land title for you and you can get a copy from them.
