I was attacked by my 75 year old neighbour with a power drill (on my property) after I had removed him from my property. He thrust it towards my face I managed to dodge it then pushed him away unfortunately he fell and hit his face on the floor sustaining a black eye. I was convicted in court as he died unrelated before trial and his statement was read in court that he was scared. He was council tenant who severely abused me and my family including threats of violence and damage to my property and council sent him a notice of seeking possession as well as put him on a council ASBO. I also had numerous CAD numbers but this was all ruled out of court by the judge. It was caught on CCTV (mine)
