My friend was on about a song written by a lady who was dying from cancer. It was written for her children, anyone give me some more info?

if it is this it was written by maxine edgington who when she was given 6 months to live wrote it about a picture she had. you can buy it from amazon.

local news (down on south coast) recently had a feature about a plucky mum who has terminal cancer, and has recorded a song for her kids to enjoy in years to come...
It was on a couple of weeks ago but I have no more info than that.
