I am sitting here with my Samsung tablet on my knee and the phone held against my ear. I am still waiting for a person to answer the phone. I have been ringing for 27 minutes, so far.

^ Sorry about my post not being completed. I think I nodded off. It was meant to finish with'Does anyone know the Complaints Department phone number?'
I wanted to make a query about my bill. Would live Chat have been able to deal with it?
I did get through, eventually, after 32 minutes of 'Sorry your call has not been answered. We will answer your call as soon as possible.' They don't even tell you how long the queue is.
I was going to order a Sim card and phone from them but they can go and whistle!
I have earache now. Can I sue them, do you think?

Two unfortunate rules in life:
1. Anyone who works for a company in the 'communications' sector is totally unable to communicate with that company's customers;
2. Anyone who works in 'customer service' is totally ignorant of what those words actually mean.
So, regrettably, the chance of getting genuine 'customer service' from any 'communications' company is always extremely slim :(
