Does anyone know the CEO Email address of this company. I have been on CEO emails but its not there.

Terry Burman is Chief Executive of the Signet Group which owns H.S. and other brands (Ernest Jones e.g.)
CEO email addresses are usually a waste of time anyway. The mail will go through to the CEO's PA, who will simply redirect it to their Customer Services people.

^^^Terry Burman retired as CEO at the end of January 2011, Gingejbee. He was succeeded by Mike Barnes, who served until the end of October last year, when Mark Light took over.
Before jumping in and writing to the CEO have you exhausted the correct procedure for complaints?

You may be taken more seriously if you can prove that you have exhausted the correct route.

My problem with H Samuels!!! I will try keep it short. I took my wedding and eternity rings in for cleaning and was told it would be between 10-14 days. After 14 days I went to pick them up thinking they would be ready only to be told that they wasn't. As "a gesture of good will" they would send them out Recorded delivery, happy with that but disappointed that they wasn't ready. I received a text the following friday to say that my rings are in store ready to collect, i ignored the text as thet were sending them out to me. I waited and waited until finally on Wednesday I phoned them when the postman had been to ask where my rings were. I was told that none had sent out the rings and they were still in store. I was again promised that a special courier would deliver them on Thursday.I also explained that I was working Friday but she assured me I would get hem on thursday. I waited in all day on thurs, not daring to even take a shower in case I missed him. 17.30pm I telephoned the store and was told that the courier had not picked them up on wednesday but picked them up on thursday and was delivering them on friday!!!!. Gosh I was so upset and angry. I asked to speak to the manager. She told me that there was nothing she could do as the courier had them, she said he would try to deliver them on friday and take them back to store if none was in. She said I would get them on saturday. This has taken 1 day short of 4 weeks. The only time my rings are not on my finger is when they are sent for cleaning. Im just so disappointed with H Samuels. I have sent an email to Mr Light although I don't really expect much. It just made me feel a little bit better to get it off my chest. Will update if he replies.

UPDATE ON H SAMUELS.
courier finally delivered my rings yesterday. He told me the rings were NEVER meant to be picked up on Wednesday. The were down for collection Thursday with a delivery request for Saturday. Still not heard anything from CEO

HSamuels update.

Had an apology from the CEO office. They are refunding me for the jewellery iv had cleaned. Very pleased with that but will not use HSamuels again.
